Iain Gray is the current chairperson of the Inverurie and District Drving School Association (iddsa.co.uk), a local association of instructors that allows a collective voice for communication with government, driving governing bodies and the local public. 

Iain Gray also serves on the board of Disability Driving Intructors (disabilitydrivinginstructors.com). A not for profit company that provides detailed information to people who need assistance in car from neuro-diversity to physically disabled. It also provide training courses to ADIs who wish to develop and help others. There is a UK wide register of Instructors that have registered that they have training and adaptations fitted to their vehicle.
